Not everyone wants a lavish wedding with many guests, but prefer an intimate gathering to celebrate their special day.

We have created a few budget options for those who still want style, quality, and service, but on a smaller scale with up to 20 guests. Our Elopement Packages allow for a ceremony only, ceremony and catering, and additional photography and video.

If you would like us to take care of everything from flowers and celebrant, new can help with that as well. Whatever it takes to take the stress and work away from your special day.

Wedding Ceremony Times

• November, December, January – 2pm or 4pm
• February, March, April – 1.30pm or 3.30pm
• May, June, July, August – 1pm or 3pm
• September, October – 1.30pm or 3.30pm

Post Ceremony Celebration Package

Add this package when you book Ceremony Package above and add a complete grazing table and drinks for 20+ guests to your wedding day. The Post Ceremony Celebration Package starts at $1290

Complete Grazing Table + Drinks Package $1290 for 20 Guests

• Tables, Clothes, crockery and glassware
• Drink Tubs, and Tea and Coffee station
• Drink Dispensers -1 x Tropical punch (family recipe – DELICIOUS) + 1 x Water with lemon in dispenser
• Champagne/sparkling wine x 4 bottles 
• Beer – 2 x 6 packs (1 x light + 1 x mid/heavy)
• Food: Grazing Table – Gourmet cheese + crackers + meats etc, fruit, dried fruit + nuts, dips,  including sweet and savoury treats, and gourmet finger sandwiches. 
• Set up, Pack down and Service: including all set up, food prep, platters, serviettes, styling on table, service to guests and all pack down and rubbish removal after.
• In event of wet weather we can include free of charge a 6×4 metre white marquee.
• This price is based on 20 guests, for extra guests it is $200 per 10 guests and will include extra drinks etc to suit number of guests.

Optional Extras

• Two large fresh floral pedestal designs – $350
• An extra hour on the property – $250 (only available for late-afternoon ceremony times)
• Tables and cloths, glassware and drinks tubs hire – $250
• Professional fixed view video of your wedding ceremony – $750
• Personalised wedding signage at the entrance to the grounds – $150

PLUS with any of the above packages you can add our Photography Package with Vivid Photography to complete your wedding.

• Ceremony Package – $1950 Bride’s arrival, your wedding ceremony, congratulations, family photos, photography on the grounds of LWWC, USB Drive with 200+ images.
• Location Package – $2450 The Ceremony Package PLUS regional location photography in the hinterland or at the beach, USB Drive with 300+ images. 
• Day Package -$3450 (Includes Wedding Album) The Location Package PLUS Bride and Groom’s preparations, 1 hr reception coverage, USB Drive with 400+ images, feature wedding album with 10 leaves (20 sides). 
• Day/Night Package -$3950 (Includes Wedding Album) The Day Package PLUS 4 hr reception coverage, USB Drive with 500+ images, feature wedding album with 10 leaves (20 sides).
